Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Submission Grappling
The arts of BJJ and Combat Submission Wrestling form the base of the CMMA grappling arts program. The curriculum focuses on takedowns, takedown defense, positions, escapes, submissions and counters. Our drill based training methods create a fun and safe training experience for everyone who wishes to participate.

Mixed Martial Arts
Mixed Martial Arts training is about becoming a complete martial artist prepared for a fight or self-defense situation. We spend equal time in the weaponry, kickboxing, clinch and ground ranges.

This class is structured for all levels to train safely together.


Kickboxing
This program teaches defensive and offensive boxing and kicking skills, and offers a high level of cardiorespiratory fitness using a kickboxing circuit workout. A great class for fitness, self-defense and competition training.

Boxing/Panantukan
A class that trains in the kickboxing and clinch ranges. Training methods include a variety of focus mitt and partner drills

Pilates - Yoga - Weights
P.Y.W. is a core strength and conditioning program that will improve your quality of life by providing good health, increased energy, strong, toned muscles and improved flexibility.
